Exclusive Drum and Mixing Blade Design
The exclusive design of the drum and mixing blades guarantees a consistent mixture in all drum sections, keeping and improving the characteristics of the concrete in transport.
Proprietary Formula Steel
The mixers are made from technically advanced high-strength, 30MnB5 steel, using a proprietary formula designed with chemical and mechanical characteristics specifically for IMER concrete mixers.
Increased Performance
Hydraulic pump and gearboxes allow IMER mixers to reach the maximum rotation speed of the mixing drum while optimizing engine RPM’s, lowering fuel consumption, and reducing wear to the truck.
More Profit Potential
The technically advanced high-strength, lightweight IMER WEAR steel provides a longer drum life and decreases overall truck weight, allowing for larger payload capacity and less fuel consumption.
